We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 4 with a simple dream: to marry the slow-paced, elegant ritual of a Parisian café with the warm, welcoming spirit of our Minnesota lakeside community. Every morning, we dial in our espresso and steep our signature cold brew for twenty-four hours, ensuring a smooth, low-acid cup that highlights the natural sweetness of our locally roasted beans.
Our kitchen works in tandem with the espresso bar, rolling out hand-laminated croissants and hearty breakfast plates made from locally sourced ingredients.
